We offer two meeting rooms and several flexible working places to our Swiss funders, partners and clients at our premises​ on the second floor at Rue du Trône 98, 1050 Brussels.


Our large meeting room can seat 26 persons comfor​tably around the table.

Our smaller meeting room 'Library' can seat up to 14 persons.

A beamer, laptop, flipchart and wireless internet connection are at free disposal in both rooms.

 

We offer free refreshments as well as coffee and tea.​


Working lunches can be organised and should be announced two working days in advance and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

 

No charge is made for using the rooms or offices. 

 

Our facilities must be booked in advance and are available during office opening hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 the latest.
